Refund policy

We want you to love now and here pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we make returns easy:

Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn activewear.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please allow 3–5 business days for it to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. To arrange an exchange, please contact us for more info.

Return Shipping Costs

We offer free return shipping so you can shop without the worry.

We will provide you with a tracked label using AUS post.

How to Start a Return

2. Print out your shipping label.

3. Pack and post your item back to us. Once received, we’ll process your refund.
