# NOW & HERE – GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

**1. Promoter**

This giveaway is run by Now & Here (nowandhere.com.au), referred to as "the Promoter" throughout these terms.

**2. Competition Period**

The competition opens on the date the giveaway post is published on Instagram and closes at **11:59pm AEDT on 10 November 2026**. Three winners will be selected and announced on 11 November 2026.

Entries received after the closing date and time will not be counted.

**3. Eligibility**

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are residents of Australia.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

**4. How to Enter**

To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps during the competition period:

- Follow @nowandhere.au on Instagram.
- Like the official giveaway post.
- Tag one or more friends in the comments of the giveaway post. Each separate comment tagging a friend counts as one entry. There is no limit to the number of entries.
- Subscribe to the Now & Here email newsletter via the website.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Entries must be genuine and comply with Instagram's terms of use. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated or otherwise deemed inappropriate.

**5. The Prize**

There are three prizes available, with each winner receiving one Now & Here Flow Set.

Each winner can choose their preferred available colour and size, subject to stock availability at the time of claiming the prize.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Any additional products, accessories or expenses not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

**6. Winner Selection**

Three winners will be selected at random from all valid entries on 11 November 2026.

The winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message from @nowandhere.au and may also be announced on the Now & Here Instagram account.

If a winner does not respond within seven days of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

**7. Prize Delivery**

The Promoter will arrange delivery of each prize to the winner's nominated Australian address at no additional cost.

Winners are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. The Promoter is not responsible for prizes that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the winner.

**8. Privacy and Marketing**

By entering the competition, participants acknowledge that their personal information will be collected and used by Now & Here for the purpose of administering the giveaway, contacting winners and arranging prize delivery.

Participants who subscribe to the Now & Here newsletter agree to receive marketing communications from the brand. They can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Now & Here Privacy Policy.

**9. General Conditions**

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

**10. Limitation of Liability**

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical issues, lost entries, interruptions or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation in the competition.

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
