How does pre-order work?
We make pre-orders easy and risk free
If you place a pre-order with us, you’re welcome to change or cancel your order at any time before the stock arrives at our Australian warehouse.
When can I expect my pre-order to arrive?
Activewear
We expect our activewear styles to arrive at our Australian warehouse around 10 September.
Hoodies & Crop Tops
We expect these styles to arrive at our Australian warehouse around 20 September.
Please note that these delivery dates are estimates provided by our manufacturers and may be subject to change. We’ll keep you updated if there are any changes to the expected timeframe.
How do Now & Here pieces fit?
Fit varies slightly between styles, so we recommend checking the individual product description and size guide before ordering.
Our activewear is designed to feel supportive while allowing comfortable movement, while our lifestyle pieces have their own fit notes listed on the relevant product page.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
YES - We offer a 30 day return as long as the item still has it's tags and is unwashed in original condition. Full refund or store credit
Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our warehouse in Sydney with Australia post.
How should I care for my Now & Here pieces?
To keep your pieces looking and feeling their best, we recommend washing them in cold water on a gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners and harsh detergents, and allow garments to air dry naturally rather than tumble drying.
For activewear, wash inside out and avoid ironing. Always check the care label on your garment for product-specific instructions.
